Important steps for fast and safe purchase in Croatia

Assignment-fee for closing the purchase
is 5 % of purchase price. It covers:

- All real estate agent commissions in
Croatia and Yugoslavia.
- Legal costs in Croatia and Yugoslavia.
Purchase agreement and the money transfer. We cooperate with well-reputed lawyers office in
Zagreb. They control that title is 100% free and clear before the payment is
done.
- Guiding on the place or my trip to Croatia
for you has to be paid with
600 Euro in advance which after purchasing is reduced from the assignment fee.
I fly to Croatia, show the objects and the surroundings, and personally
visit the local court, check up proof of ownership and order extract from
the register of properties.
- Find the best purchasing form and the
solution for the specific foreign citizen.
- Back up option to
register property in my Croatian name with agreement stipulating that property
is owned in whole by my client.
- Additional cost for back up is 100 € per
month and includes service of my local postal address for contacts with the
authorities if necessary.
